Production Manager - USG Boral Port Melbourne
USG Boral is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our busy manufacturing facility in Port Melbourne.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager¸ you will be responsible for overseeing the sites manufacturing processes, boardline, plaster mill & compounds.
With strong leadership skills and commitment to ensuring a zero-harm workplace. In this role, you use your skill set to develop, implement and monitor strategies for all production processes in line with USG Boral’s operating procedures.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have extensive experience leading a continuous manufacturing unionised site, hold relevant trade/tertiary qualifications. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement will be highly regarded along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
